AI Agent Pricing in India: What's Actually Billed in INR

A pointer to this site's dated, source-checked pricing snapshots, and why most AI agent pricing pages targeting India still quote in USD.

Direct answer

Most global AI agent and coding-tool pricing is still billed in USD even when marketed to Indian buyers — a converted INR figure on a third-party page is usually just that day's exchange rate, not a real INR price. This site publishes an INR figure only where a vendor's own pricing page bills in INR directly, and flags everything else as USD-denominated.

Why an INR number on a random page might not be real pricing

A currency-converted price is not the same commitment as a price a vendor actually bills in INR — the converted figure moves with the exchange rate and was never something you could point to in a vendor's own terms. This site's pricing pages record what a vendor's own pricing documentation says, dated to when it was checked, and say plainly when a figure is a foreign-currency price rather than an INR one.
